When you return an item to us, we return ALL of your money back!

Returns and Refunds: 
Any non-personalized item can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a full refund of your total purchase price. Shipping from Dog-Car-Seats is always free and unlike some other online catalogues, we do not withhold from your credit any charges for outgoing shipping or charge restocking fees. We only require two things:

• The item purchased must be returned in original, re-usable packaging and must be received in original, unused, re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund.
  

• Contact us by telephone or email prior to your return, so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address, since some items may be returned directly to their manufacturer. 
  
  
  Please DO NOT send your purchase back without contacting us first; this might cause a delay in granting a refund and could result in a reduced refund to you. We recommend insuring your return for its full value.
  
  Include your name, address, phone and Return Authorization Number with your return. Once on its way, please email the Tracking Number to: Service@Shop-Carolina.com.  This helps us keep an eye on things to properly credit your return. Once your return has been received, inspected and accepted, we will contact you and duly credit the card used to make your purchase.
  
  Please do not send items that are used, soiled, personalized, missing original packaging, torn or otherwise, in non-reusable packaging, or containing pet hair and/or scent.  We can not accept returns with even the slightest scent, since pet noses are sensitive; items that may appear original and new to us may not seem so to our furry friends.  Such items cannot be re-stocked and sold as new to another good customer (like you), and we cannot provide any credit for such items. 
  
  Also please check the delivery address and your order carefully: if delivery cannot be completed or if delivery of a purchased item is refused, credit will be limited to 80% of the purchase price.
